By placing an order you certify that you are of legal age and that knife ownership is legal in your location. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
  3. Products All knives are hand-forged; slight dimensional variances may occur. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities at any time.
  4. Pricing & payment Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will void warranty and return privileges.
  5. Order acceptance We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including availability, errors, suspected fraud, or export restrictions.
  6. Shipping Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup. See our Shipping & Returns policy for lead-times and costs.
  7. Returns, refunds, and warranty Returns are governed by our 30-day “Cut-Once” Guarantee. Lifetime craftsmanship defects are covered under our Lifetime Warranty.
  8. Prohibited uses You may not use our Site or knives for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: violating firearms/knife statutes, threatening behavior, or infringing intellectual-property rights.
  9. Disclaimer of warranties Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  10. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doberman Forge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our knives—including injury or property damage—beyond the purchase price of the item(s).
