All Doberman Forge knives ship direct from our shop in Albemarle, North Carolina. (if knives are finished and in stock- otherwise this is upon completion)

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package leaves the forge. All knives ship insured.
Returns & exchanges
30-Day “Cut-Once” Guarantee
Test your blade for 30 days. If it’s not the sharpest, best-balanced knife you’ve owned, email sales@dobermanforge.com for ship it back in original condition for a refund repair or exchange.
- Return window begins on delivery date.
- Customer pays return shipping; we cover outbound exchange shipping.
- Custom engraved or damaged blades are not eligible for refunds but remain covered under our Lifetime Warranty & Free Sharpening.
Damages in transit
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging + knife and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll file the claim and rush you a replacement.
