Collection: 14 Hour Class

This 14 hour – 2 day scheduled class covers every step in the knife making process from inception to final sharpening.

This class provides all materials and hands on instruction on how to make a full tang 4-5″ max blade length knife with a proper handle. Everyone who takes this class will leave with the knife they create! A fully hardened and functional knife and family heirloom!

Lunch Is provided both days.

Day 1

Make your own knife from a pattern provided, or make your own design. Forge to shape, grind to profile, prep for heat treat, Drill holes, Heat treat

Day 2

tempered knife over night- Check for straightness, adjust, grind to final edge thickness, prep handle material, final polish blade, assembly, final grind handle, polish wood, sharpen.

Everything to make a knife is included, however if you want addons they are extra.

$125-1000 Damascus Steel - the fancier the more expensive 

$35 -350 Handle materials ranging from stabilized dyed burl - ivory

50-100$ for blade length exceptions longer than 5" takes more steel and more time to make
