Utility knives belong in their own category because depending on the situation the knife can perform many tasks from daily tasks like opening boxes or parcels to self defense. These knives can be small neck knives designed to be worn around the neck or held in a pocket or purse and offer a wide array of uses from cutting

• other materials (seat belts , clothing, etc)

Sometimes these knives will have tactile (scalloped grips as pictured) and have camo / tactile colored handle materials. This is geared towards tertiary utility knives for Military or police officers.
